First week of School

Well I have made it to Wednesday and we started dragging this morning. School is tough on me LOL! Kids are happy and things are going a little smoother than last year WHEW!
Payton is loving his new science teacher and I think she is theright one for him. They already did a experiment & he loves the hands on type of teacher.
Tyler is surviving High School and has no complaints so far. I can't believe they already are talking to them about college and what hey need to graduate. I say let them get through being a freshman.
Jack started football, so we get all the smelly, sweaty stuff after school. He loves it and let's see what he can do this year. He likes his Skills For Living class I guess it is full of girls. Not Surprised at all.

Well let's see what tomorrow brings. Oh ya! My dad :)

Last week of Freedom for the kids

Yes, summer is winding down and the kids are getting ready for school. We have had one of the busiest summers ever. From treking up to Minnesota to Nebraska to Corpus Cristie to the beach. We have had our fair share of time in the car and watching movies along the way. This last week we went to the beach were the boys love to boogie board and skim board. I could not get Payton out of the water to even get more sunscreen on so I did it in the water and out when I could catch him. Tyler and I paid the price and are so burnt we don't even want to step outside.
Saturday we went up to the high school to get schedule and locker, I can not believe he is starting his freshman year. I can remember mine like it was yesterday (HOW TIME FLYS). He is excited about it. Payton on the other hand does not want to step foot in the classroom we will see how that goes on Thursday when it is meet the teacher night.

HOT!

Can it get any hotter outside?? I was just out waterering the plants and my feet were on fire. I am going to try to get this tuned up today and scrap a little since going outside it not a option. I do have to go do the horses by 6 and hope it will cool down just a little by then.
